“We purchased a range hood for our kitchen renovation this past summer. We love the style and sleekness of the product. I would have given a 4 1/2 Star but 1/2 stars are not available. The only downside to this range hood is the sound when you go above 3.....it is loud.”

“We have hired this business every time we need an appliance repair for several years because it is ethical, honest, and responsible. As a company of high integrity, costs are mitigated for you. Whenever we call, Dean answers. He talks you through the problem to see if it can be resolved on the phone first. (No charge.) If not, then an appointment is scheduled for the same day or ASAP. Necessary parts are ordered with no mark up to the customer. A follow up appointment is scheduled to install the part. You will never have to worry about shoes dragging in dirt from the outside, or a mess left behind. It's such a pleasure to do business with someone who is knowledgeable, and a person of integrity.”

“NW Energy ran a gas line for an oven. They removed the old electric oven and installed the gas oven. Service was excellent and affordable. Courteous. Cost $400 cheaper than a second business had quoted me. They did all the heavy lifting. House was left clean.”

“We have been working with Pacific Specialty Brands now for a little over 2 years. Even though we and most of our customers are located on Vancouver Island they have amazing service. A very knowledgeable Sales Manager to begin with. Any question you might have he will help you. If by chance he doesn't know he'll make sure to find you the answer. They also established relations with local companies for service and maintenance which is great. They are very big on training which is so important in an ever changing market. Especially since appliances our not our main business. Their brands are the best out there, not only design wise but also performance wise. I would highly recommend Pacific Specialty Brands.”
