“Capital Distributing furnished all the kitchen appliances, wine chillers, ice machines and even the washer and dryer at my most recently completed home. The home is very high end and Capital has an enormous showroom with all top brands . Best is that I have a terrific representative at Capital to help clients evaluate what is right for them as to cost, features and value. Capital also installs this equipment and my clients receive an extra year on the warranties from the manufacturers. When the show room opened it was the largest in the region of the country I do believe. Finally, Capital provides prompt service assistance, if the need arises. “I’ve called Love Field appliance for a dryer that was not heating. They were very efficient, punctual and reasonably priced. They came same day when I called and were flexible about time frame. I haven’t had any issues with my dryer and he did give me a warranty on my part and the labor”

“We purchased a Thermador Masterpiece series Vent Hood last December. I have been very happy with it. The other day the fan started cutting in and out. Then it just quit working. I was pretty surprised I have always heard good things about Thermador, and we have been really happy with the Vent Hood and The Thermador Range since we purchased them as a set. I tried to call Thermador and set up an appointment. First it took me forever to get somebody on the phone at Thermador. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get somebody out to my house. Then they put me on hold, and while I was on hold I got disconnected. So I called Dallas Appliance Repair. They set me up with an appointment in the next day. The technician Victor arrived on time and he was very professional. He really seemed to know his job. It only took him about 30 minutes to determine that the wiring that powered the vent hood had gotten damaged and the Thermador Vent Hood was not getting any power. He fixed the wiring and had everything up in running again. My Thermador Vent Hood was not to blame after all. Victor thought the wiring might have gotten damaged during installation. It works great now, thanks to the great people at Dallas Appliance Repair.”

“Thank you so much for the timely help! The accomplished repairman from this company arrived at the scheduled time and promptly fixed my refrigerator door that was not closing well. He was very informative and loaded me with tips to maintain the stove. Also, he was kind and charged a reasonable service fee and I recommend this company to everyone.”
