“We are builders of custom homes in Southeastern Connecticut. We have been working with CAFD since 2005 and have nothing but great things to say about them. The huge product selection, knowledgeable staff and their ability to fill orders complete 99.9% of the time is so important to our success that I just have to say thank you. The showroom is gorgeous and the friendly veteran sales people know their stuff. Southington is a bit of a haul from Southeastern CT but every client I have sent there has been totally satisfied and found it well worth the trip. Where else can you go and see such diverse product selections like GE, Viking, Wolf, Bosch, Heatilator Fireplaces and Home Theater under one roof? They even hand delivered a cooktop to a client in St. Thomas USVI for me a few years ago. Now that is customer service. Keep up the good work CAFD. Norton C. We went in to look for a dishwasher for our new home and were very impressed with their selection and their extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff.
