They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

With all Stainless interiors I don't worry about rust or discoloration and with 3 color LED lighting I can add a little "bling" to the party, even my most conservative customer likes to light up their bar or serving area. I shop my products very thoroughly before I offer them to my customers and usually ask as many owners of a product I'm considering as possible for feedback. My favorite answer on TRUE was from a close friend and long time restauranteur in my area; he said you see that refrigerated sandwich display? My father purchased it, and it was used, 35 years ago and I never have trouble with it. TRUE is a commercial product that has made the transition to the under counter residential market, and made it with style.”

“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EVERY LEVEL!! I recently purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Slyman Bros in Ballwin, MO. This purchase was my first experience with them and they now have a customer for life. My washer broke one week before Christmas, and I was preparing to leave town for 10 days. I had laundry to complete before I left and there is not laundromat near my home.
