“Top Notch! I worked with Carrie Hamm at Luwa to design a custom hood and she was incredible. She listened to everything I had to say and worked tirelessly to get it right. I wished I had gone to her from the start, it would have saved me a lot of frustration that I received at the hands of Prizer Hoods. Luwa works with Vent a hood, a manufacturer that has a patent on the magic lung which is a far superior product to the others on the market. As a chef, I been under a lot of loud hoods, and this one is as quiet as it gets! Thank you Carrie and Luwa for truly understanding what customer service is all about and valuing me as a client.”

“Hi, my 8 year old microwave stopped working. I called J & B. The next day i had a service call. If the Microwave repair was to costly, I would purchase a new one at about $800.00. The service person came pulled down the over the cooktop micro, found a broken wire, repaired it and we were back in bussines again. The total cost was $160.00. His professionalism and friendly personallity were greatly appreciated. Thank's, John”
