A very knowledgeable Sales Manager to begin with. Any question you might have he will help you. If by chance he doesn't know he'll make sure to find you the answer. They also established relations with local companies for service and maintenance which is great. They are very big on training which is so important in an ever changing market. Especially since appliances our not our main business. Their brands are the best out there, not only design wise but also performance wise. I would highly recommend Pacific Specialty Brands.”
