“This company provided decking and railing material for a large (ap. 4500 square feet) exterior deck renovation and expansion project. The project involved several separate deck areas having different - and difficult - shapes and elevations. The representative with whom I dealt had to devote considerable time preparing detailed plans in order to correctly estimate the amount of material required. The material had to be shipped - at different times - to my property, from various distant locations. I contracted with a local company for the labor required to remove the old material and install the new material. So a great deal of coordination was required to make the project proceed in a timely and efficient manner. The representative of this company was always accessible. He promptly returned my telephone calls, and even more promptly shipped what I needed. Along the way, he made a number of valuable suggestions that would not have occurred to me.
