From the first phone contact through to the evaluation phone call at the end of the project to check on our satisfaction, the approach was wholly friendly and professional.. Any small issues that arose after the building of the Pod were dealt with swiftly and with courtesy. I was also amazed at how quickly the building was completed due entirely to the hard work and diligence of the craftsmen. “It wasn't a straightforward job. We wanted the front supports set back, and the surface roots made it very difficult to insert the post supports. Ian Ward and his sons were good natured and happily sorted out each problem. Due to their heavy workload, communication was not always easy. The initial installation was quick and efficient and completed by October 2015 as promised, but, due to problems with their suppliers, they were unable to put up the side panels with windows until December. We were very pleased with the final result, which was to a very high standard.”

“In June 2017 Deckbuilders installed a replacement deck at our home in Worcestershire. With 130 square metres of decking over multiple levels and with five sets of steps the project was complex, especially due to our remote location and the limited access. The Deckbuilder design incorporated all of our requirements, something other companies were not prepared to do. The build took four weeks and started and finished on the planned dates. As often happens with projects such as this, during the build we requested some alterations and additions to the original plan which Deckbuilders willingly agreed to. We found the company, from the top down, to be professional, reliable and flexible. The quality of the materials and workmanship was first class. We are delighted with result.”

“I would highly recommend this company, nothing is too much trouble. The job was completed on budget and more or less on time, it was all external works so obviously the weather was a factor. Kevin & his guys were always extremely helpful and a pleasure to have around. It was to form a driveway & steps, a considerable amount of landscaping had to be done to achieve the finished result. He was always very patient when it came to me choosing materials etc.”
