“Being new to this market I had to start from scratch to find a pool builder. I interviewed multiple companies and looked at their work in the area. What I noticed was a commonality in pool shapes and finishes. In other words, they looked very similar. This was not what I wanted. “We initially got 2 bids to complete our in ground pool and decided to go with Custom Outdoor Trends. The young lady who was our point of contact, Jessica, was always professional and communicative and although we didn't always see our project manager, he always responded when we had a question or concern. The company even did the plaster for us, which we initially thought we would be using another company.
