“Total Pool and Spa designed and built our free-form pool. They developed a clearly depicted design which we co-created and executed it beautifully. The project came in at budget and within the time frame which they had indicated. The job was quite intricate and required Total Pool & Spa to draw on additional resources such as for the landscape design, stone work, and construction of the pool house. In all cases these trade people were extremely proficient and very professional. The total effect of the pool makes it appear as if you came upon a hot spring. It begins as a stream, then feeds into the hot tub, which in effect fills up and spills over in a waterfall into the pool itself. Total Pool incorporated an island, a bridge, (which has water breaking over it) and the free-formed pool itself. Total Pool and Spa did an absolutely outstanding job! Total Pool also performs the maintenance on the pool. They are dedicated to keeping it beautiful and are extremely responsive to any problems that occur. From May through October, my family lives at the pool. We’ve since added other elements such as a beautiful stone island to provide cooking space and a flat screen TV. It really is our sanctuary! Thanks Total Pool & Spa!!”

“Drakeley Pool Company built our indoor pool and whirlpool in 2007 and has provided service since then. I find them to be knowledgeable and the staff is pleasant to work with. I have had good response time with service and with answering questions. We recently had to replace our pool pump and our downtime was minimized due to the speed of service.”

“We extended our property by 30 feet and installed an in- ground vinyl pool. We also installed a 2 tiered patio area with a hot tub and lavish landscaping. We loved working with Nick at Lang Pool as he was honest, hands on, and was always in contact with us answering any questions we had or addressing any concerns. Working with Lang Pool was like "one stop shopping". They demoed our old deck, excavated the pool area, built up the extended property, built the pool, installed the patios, and hooked us up with an excellent electrician, and landscape and fencing contractor. They even replaced the clapboard where our old deck was. This made the project a lot easier as we did not have to look for people on our own to handle those aspects of the project. All in all we were VERY pleased with the work, professionalism and the outcome while working with Nick and Lang Pool.”

“Contracted for a gunite swimming pool in 1988. Was completed on time and to specification at the proposed budget. A major success. Excellent quality. 25 years later there have not been any significant problems Haven services were responsive and I have continued to use Haven for all services with total satisfaction. He was accessible, always on the job site his crew is polite and willing to listen and address all cutomer questions and he creates whatever vision you have for your pool. We couldnt be happier. The quality of his work is exceptional and I am a very difficult customer to deal with. In addition, Patrick uses his expertise to address issues before the construction begins so the customer doesn't feel as if he forgot to ask important questions that would improve your original design. “Great company to work with. We are new to the pool industry and were very nervous about being taken advantage of spending all of this money. They were on time very thorough and produced a spectacular product. My only advice is make sure you are very educated in pool systems and how they work. Also make sure you have everything in your orginal budget that you want or you will be dissapointed when you need to add.”

“I really enjoyed working with the team at Harbor Hot tubs, Ian and Doug Sullian in particular. Very helpful and responsive in the upfront process, did a great job of finding the right product to fit my specific wants/needs (outdoor sauna, sturdy yet portable, high quality but priced right). They did an on site pre- installation survey, and the build/installation went very smoothly at a fair price. But the TRUE measure of a relationship with a Vendor reveals itself when u have a problem. And we did run into some funky issues that were tough to troubleshoot. Rather than sending me to the MFG and hiding behind their warranty, they rolled up their sleeves, provided on site testing and trouble shooting, identified the problem(s) and provided no charge parts and labor to resolve. Doug and Ian stayed personally involved and connected thru the process, and they and their firm have truly earned this sincere endorsement.”

When I changed my mind about something, even something they had already done, they were respectful and immediately made the change. “We had a wonderful experience using Fairfield Pool. The entire process went smoothly and we were swimming in our new pool quickly. The price was as quoted with no surprises. We have had our pool now for many seasons. With just standard maintenance it has given us great service. The pool is very well constructed. It even survived a flood where the deck was covered by a foot or more of water. We actually had fish swimming in our pool! Throughout the years our pool has been a perfect place for our family and friends to gather. Plus, our kids have made wonderful memories in our backyard.”

Given that we wished to install a swimming pool in a less than perfect area, Mr. Truehart worked with us to design a pool that was unique but affordable. His experience and vision enabled us to fulfill our dream without having to incur more than we had budgeted. We were promised a timeframe for project completion and it was not only met, but there were no hidden costs. Our pool was installed within budget and on time. Moreover, every member of the company treated our property with respect. We continue to use True Blue Swimming Pools annually to open and close our pool.
