I was frustrated with the salesperson and asked for the manager - she put me in touch with Bruce Thompson. Bruce and I calmly and professionally worked through the situation and quite honestly came up with a design and a solution that looks and functions fabulously. Bruce worked through some pretty technical details with me to come up with the perfect design. Their installed Jay is great to work with and their Office Manager (Patty) is always polite and friendly. I highly recommend.”
