He has been attentive to every concern we had, and his follow-up is second to none. The demolition and installation teams were efficient, conscientious and the best at cooperation. They did exactly what they were expected to do and then some; going above and beyond for the customer is the credo they live by. They followed every rule set forth by my condo HOA to the letter. Yeager installed wood floors for us. Our salesperson, Mike, was great. Very informative and helpful in selecting our style. No pressure. The crew that took up our tile was very good. They sealed off areas in the house to minimize dust being spread and did a great job. Michael and the installer crew was awesome. Very professional, considerate, and friendly. They did an excellent job and insured we were satisfied before they left. I would recommend Yeager Flooring to anyone wanting new flooring.

I had called Empire Today initially to install carpet on my stairs and was disappointed by missed appointments and poor customer service, so I decided to call Yeager & Co. to do the work; Jim showed up at my home to estimate the work within two hours of calling, and a few hours later Robin brought home some samples of carpet for me to choose. These folks went above and beyond to fit me in on their schedule the next day, and Rick showed up on time (called me an hour earlier actually), installed the carpet and now my stairs look beautiful. I can say without any doubt that the best decision I made was to fire Empire Today and to call Yeager & Co; if you need floors installed, call Yeager, you will not be disappointed.

After finding unexplained moisture in a small section of my wood floors, I reached out to Yeager Flooring to assess the damage and provide an estimate for repair. They showed up on time, did an initial inspection, and helped put me in touch with the right professionals to investigate the cause. When no one could definitively determine the cause of the damage, Jim Yeager (the owner) drove an hour to my house on a Saturday to personally assist with the investigation. He carefully documented the damage, and provided detailed instructions on how to present the evidence to my insurance company to ensure a fair outcome. Not surprisingly, insurance initially rejected my claim. When it looked like I would receive no compensation for the damage (and when most companies would probably lose interest in a small repair job) Jim persisted. He came back to my house multiple times, spoke by phone with the insurance company on my behalf, and made himself available by phone, text, and email to answer questions day and night. When it was all said and done, the insurance company reversed their decision and offered to pay for new flooring for the entire house! Jim's persistence literally resulted in tens of thousands of dollars of work being covered by insurance! When it came time for the work, the Yeager Flooring team showed up on time each day, and worked late into the evening to stay on schedule when unexpected complications came up. The crew was professional, courteous, and responsive, and the floors look amazing! This is a top-notch company that takes pride in their work, with an owner (Jim) that takes a personal interest in helping his customers, a salesperson (Vinny) who is prepared, patient, and easy to work with, and an office staff (Beth, Deb, Phaedra, and the entire team) that is knowledgeable and friendly. Having hired Yeager Flooring back in 2006 at a previous address, I knew they'd be an excellent fit for our new home.
