Definitely the best wood window on the market and with multiple exterior options. Definitely a better option than choosing one of the mass produced products like Anderson. The quality of these windows are fantastic

We purchased doors and windows summer 2021. They arrived February 2022, every single door and window had an issue. Door bowed, 2 windows bowed, missing 4 windows, screens missing, then the cosmetic issues ( caulking on windows, joints missing caulking , paint missing on windows) . January mike rollier from master grain came out, received email from the company that sells the windows. Mike solution for the bowed door - “ wait a year” he visited our property 11 months and 3 days from the door arriving. Is 3 weeks going to make a difference to the bowed door . No mention on solution for the bowed windows, Mike wanted us to submit a quote for caulking removal. We spent over a hundred thousand on these low quality windows. I Put in a dispute directly to the dispute team. Had to follow up with them. , provided wrong email for the district regional manage( Matt W). Left VM and the only thing he actioned or Elyse from the dispute department was to call the company we purchased through. Anyone reading reviews stay away from this company. Worst purchase we made on our custom home .

I used Windsor windows in a sun room several years ago and was very pleased. They were large, fixed units. So, when we decided to build our new home I selected Windsor Pinnacle for that project. We live in a northern cold climate. The clad wood sashes are high quality and they function very well. The problem is they do not seal well. When first installed, I contacted the supplier and they sent out an individual who explained to me that the windows were installed in cold weather and the seals were stiff and would eventually settle and solve the problem. I trusted the explanation and waited. The next Spring it was somewhat better but not acceptable. The supplier then sent out a man with some new seals/stripping and he installed that. Now, four years later, I still have air leakage the junction where the upper and lower sashes meet. The windows experience heavy condensation in that area. The corners are the worst where I can actually feel the draft and occasionally frost builds up regardless of how low I set the humidity in the home. I really like the windows and really wanted them to work but alas......

3 bad windows received with manufacturing defects from Windsor windows and only 3 windows ordered. It took 14 weeks to get the windows with the defects. They are now telling us there is a 21 week lead time to replace these but they may try to expedite them. Our contractor tried to install one but was unable to install any due to the defects. 2 have completely bowed frames that you can't even shim straight or the slider windows will fall out of the track and the bathroom window is not even completely sealed so it would leak if it was installed. How can all 3 separate windows come out with defects. Two are similar and one is a casement. ALL 3 HAVE DEFECTS! Quality control must have been off that day if there is even quality control. Resolution center must not be able to work well with people that when something is screwed up by their manufacturing they can't even work to make it right in a timely fashion. Please consider strongly sourcing your windows elsewhere. Photos attached. Yes the frame is that bowed and yes that is how obvious the seal is missing. Again, please consider strongly where you source your windows. 2 have the bow and the 3rd has the broken seal! And I will keep you posted on how long it takes to resolve and how it gets resolved!

We ordered black interior and exterior windows from Windsor and every single one of them came out of the wrappers with paint scratched off of them. We kept calling our rep to get them to come out and look at them because they honestly look like someone bought cheap spray paint and painted them. They look that horrible. The rep finally came out after 4 weeks of me calling them every week and then told us he would get back to us within the next week and never heard from him. I finally had to call again and after another week he finally got back to us and said he would be sending some paint our way and that they would be following the warranty protocols and just give us free paint. The free paint will not solve the problem though! The rep even told us on sight that once a scratch starts it's hard to stop. I can literally clean the windows with a rag as if I were dusting them and the paint comes off. I would avoid Windsor at all cost!!! Poor customer service getting back to you when they make a mistake and they do not own up to their mistakes! These windows we paid good money for and they will not last us!

If I could give them a negative star review I would. These people have been nothing but unresponsive, and unsupportive of their products. Unfortunately our builder used their products on our new home, and they have been leaking from day one. I have had to re-insulate and use 3m film on the windows from the first day because the windows leak. After numerous attempts to have the warranty department come out and fix the issue, they sent someone to tell me that WINDOWS LEAK, and that's just the way it is. They denied any claim for warranty. I have had a few companies come out to check on window replacement, and they all told me that these windows suck, and Windsor should replace them because they should not leak like that. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

We are sorry that you are unhappy. I checked with our service department and our records indicate that we have sent 4 service people to examine your windows; a Windsor service technician, your builder, the window distributor's rep, and a rep from a 3rd-party service company. It's reported that all 4 of these people determined that the amount of air infiltration is normal and that the way the weep systems work can allow for mild air infiltration, especially during high wind scenarios. They also explained that the room over the unfinished garage is difficult to heat because of the unheated area beneath it. We regret that you are disappointed, but we have not been unresponsive to your requests for service.

Service issues are very rare. Houston Window Experts

Windsor makes some really nice Windows and doors and they come in over 50 colors to choose from. They also have a 20 year warranty for peace of mind.

Ordered Windsor vinyl windows black interior and exterior September 18 2018. Windows arrived first week of November nearly all of the 27 windows had damage to the paint. Had Windsor rep come to home site and inspect the windows last week of November. He inspected the windows and decided 5 needed to be replaced and that the rest could be touched up in the spring. Last week of December the replacement windows arrived. Only 4 windows were shipped, one had a broken jamb extension and the other three were missing the jamb extension and the fifth window was simply missing. Sent the windows back and was told that by January 24th they would have new ones delivered, windows never were shipped, was told they would now be delivered on February 8th. Once again the windows did not ship and have no idea when they might arrive. Paid $24,000 to this company and they have completely failed. Wish I would have went with another company.

To be honest, this particular job has not been one of Windsor’s finest moments. We recognize that multiple mistakes were made on this order and it has turned into one of those “Murphy’s Law” situations. We investigated many window manufactures selected Windsor obviously their cost, and felt wood construction vinly clad in our climate was the way to go. We love the look delivery went well. Unfortunately Windsor in our specific case picked the wrong supplier for some components that they Windsor did not manufacture as a result the parts failed, many of our windows will not stay open, some will not open at all, others stain because of a leak that allows the gas in between the panes escapes. We contacted Windsor and a number of years have passed since we purchased them, but as one representative said it was a system failure do to a bad selection of material buy one of Windsors suppliers we requested some relief but unfortunately our request fell on deaf ears from Windsor.

We have specified Windsor Doors and Windows on many of our residential projects. We have been very pleased with their products from an aesthetic and an engineering standpoint. I ordered aluminum clad windsor pinnacle windows for our new home. Within 3 months of use, we has following issues : 3 windows failed with top sash staying not in place 2 windows where frame holding locking mechanism broke. Dealer has been good with replacing parts with defects but these are not good quality windows. Just for reference I had Andersen400 windows in my previous house and I did not report even one issue in 12 years. I have written to Windsor customer service and waiting for their response. My suggestion do not go for these windows. Thanks
