We were contacted by Candice Newland to manufacture draperies from bolts of fabric that here associate had picked up from a workroom in National City and brought to our workroom Vincent Kaye Drapery Manufacturing for a rush project in two weeks. She then delayed getting us a work order for another week, and then contacted us again and specified a commercial fullness of 2 times fullness for the bolts of fabric that she provided and then couldn't provided us with the deposit to move forward she then sent her associate of with what we had thought was the deposit to our workroom but instead her associate was directed to pick up the fabric again to take to another workroom so sad for the industry

My designer helped me pick motorized shades for my home and they look great! They were very professional from start to finish. They let me know when production was slightly delayed. I’m doing a lot of other work on my house and my experience with Timeless has been painless compared to other vendors with their timelines and delivery due to COVID slowdowns.

I ordered 6 sets of floor to ceiling curtains for my BnB in Huntington Beach through Candice Newland who apparently is the owner and here I am waiting now 5 months later with no curtains. How hard can it be? She's given me every excuse under the sun why it's delayed and now won't return my calls. I could just scream!

I am still waiting for shades that were ordered in April. I made a $2000 payment and never heard back. I called the end of June and a July appointment was made but they no showed without even calling. I wonder if they are still in business as I can't get ahold of them on the phone. I wonder how a business would like if they were treated in this manner. All I can say is buyer beware! Someone who works for Timeless would you please call or email me. A refund would be appreciated at this time. Thank you, Alona McFarland

Timeless Custom Window Coverings and specifically, decorator and design expert, Rosalyn Glantz, are superior in every way when it comes to choosing a company for your window coverings. They are very professional and totally knowledgeable about fabrics, colors and availability of window treatments. ...and what looks best to improve the look of a room. The design input from them on choosing the most appropriate and beautiful window coverings has been priceless. Rosalyn offered me many suggestions and choices for my living room, dining room and kitchen window coverings. The quality of the window coverings they selected for us is top notch and was also within our budget. We love how the rooms look with these stunning window treatments. We couldn't be more pleased with Timeless Custom Window Coverings. I highly recommend them for your window treatment needs.

I had a great experience with Timeless Custom Windows. They called when they said they were going to call, they showed up when they said they were going to show up and the entire staff from the installers all the way up made their main focus on getting the job done. I would recommend them and use them again. They were mindful, creative, and efficient.
