Weatherill * Associates s is a landscape design firm that designs and develops fine outdoor spaces and landscapes for clientele in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in crafting outdoor environments that are elegant enough for the most sophisticated tastes, yet casual enough to be an extension of the everyday living space. As a Bay Area native, Sean Weatherill has been crafting landscapes for over 25 years and has participated in the San Francisco Decorator's Showcase in 2007, 2008, and 2012.

Sean and his crew are terrific to work with. He quickly understood what our project goals were, and added several great ideas to enhance what we originally wanted to do. His crew is kind, hardworking and super friendly - I trust them wholeheartedly at my home. If you're looking to take your outdoor space to the next level, I would HIGHLY recommend Sean and his team. 5 Stars!

Sean's team went above and beyond to create a beautiful usable community area for my apartment complex. Through each step of budgeting, designing and implementing Sean's communication was exceptional and made working with very easy. The day this project was finished I have never seen so many happy tenants ready to relax and enjoy the space.

Sean had a very keen eye for how best to maximize our outside space, was very creative in his design, and incredibly patient with all of our questions and curveballs we threw at him.

Sean and his team are absolutely outstanding. Sean is incredibly creative and imaginative, while being practical and budget aware at the same time. His designs are world class, and the quality of the work is definitely top end. He is responsive, warm and professional. His crew is hard working and extremely conscientious.... at the end of every day, they cleaned up the work site including blowing and sweeping off all dirt. I highly recommend Weatherill & Associates.

Sean provided the vision, the team implemented. In the end Sean kept the job within budget (how often does that happen?), in fact saved us some money from the original estimate, and delivered beautiful rock walls, shade appropriate plantings, lighting and irrigation in a very challenging sloped yard. Excellent work!

Weatherill & Associates designed a creative solution to our landscaping project. The work was completed on time with superior workmanship. Everyone at Weatherill & Associates is friendly and courteous. They were able to provide innovative solutions when problems arose and always had our best interests in mind, never backing down from a challenge.

Sean did a wonderful job on a project of mine in Sonoma. I had hired another designer to create a plan and was not sure it was going to work. Sean reworked everything and I was thrilled with the outcome. I wanted to get everything done in a short amount of time and Sean and his crew pulled it all together as he had promised. Sean was patient with my endless questions and requests. His crew is top notch. Very respectful, honest and professional. I would highly recommend him!

Sean and his crew were prompt, attentive, hard working, and incredibly professional. They came in just under where we were quoted, and our yard looks extraordinary. We also had some drainage challenges prior to their work and even with all of the rain the job they have done has been spotless, everything is working perfectly ! I could not be more satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Sean and his crew are the best.

Weatherill & Associates designed and built our entire landscaping on a very complex ocean-front property with numerous regulatory and design challenges. The end result is breath-taking and really made the property over-the-top in enjoyability. We faced many execution challenges along the way yet the W&A team lead by Sean Weatherill proved to be patient, a company of very high integrity and more than fair in discovering and executing intelligent solutions. If ordinary landscape architecture and execution with typical delays and sub-par results is what you are looking for, then you have the wrong team. If you looking for both great design and final product that meets outstanding standards, then take a closer look at W&A.

Sean Weatherill Associates was extremely easy to work with during our project. Sean has a very low key but confident and professional approach to his landscaping work. His artistic vision and eye for detail complements the practical needs required on our unusual property. He truly has a sixth sense about "what works" with a house and its surroundings and what doesn't and was able to lead us to see it. His foreman and workman for the project couldn't have been nicer and were very diligent in their work and extremely tidy at the end of every day. A great experience overall!! Thanks Sean!
