Brandt Hay, the firm co-founder and Design Principal of Stoa Studios, is a practicing architect actively engaged in the design of custom residential, office, commercial, retail, and educational building typologies. He maintains an abiding passion for human-centered design, is an enthusiastic student of timeless architecture past as well as present, and travels extensively as part of this study. Mr. Hay leads the design process for all design projects, and personally handles all major communications with clients. During the past decade he has had the opportunity to engage in a rich variety of design work for a diverse group of clients. This work has included designs for Tavistock Group (Custom Homes), Florida Hospital (Healthcare), and Simon Property Group (Retail). Mr. Hay has served on the board of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art Florida Chapter, is on the Walt Disney Company’s list of approved architects, and is a LEED® certified practitioner of energy efficient design. He is licensed to practice architecture in Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Tennesse, Texas, and Washington.
