We just used them to re-do hardwood floors in one room and carpet in another. Service and knowledge was awesome. Reliable family business...support local business not some box store!

My husband and I decided to redesign our family room and I was overwhelmed by the daunting task of purchasing a rug that was affordable, well made, and attractive. I searched on line and in stores for about a week before entering Sullivan and Son. Within days I purchased a rug that my husband and I love! Kristen was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. I won't shop for flooring anywhere else again.

This is an established family run business with extraordinary customer service. I have been back every year for a new rug or carpet. They work very hard to find you a suitable product and to make sure that you are satisfafied with all aspects of your purchase. They are defintely a five star outfit - professional, knowledgable and enjoyable to work with.
