We recently had new flooring installed from Village & the process from start to finish was amazing. Tara helped us pick the right style to update our older home that fits with our existing woodwork. She took my inspiration photos & ideas and made them a reality. Brian helped get our flooring on time & installed before our new furniture was delivered & continued to help until the last level was installed. Our home is a 3 level split with a more open floor plan & John did an amazing job installing our flooring so it flows seamlessly to each level. Village exceeded our expectations!

I highly recommend Village Floor and Wall without qualifications-quality materials, invaluable advice, expert, skilled floor and trim installation (Jeremy and Curt), and the best customer service experience I have ever had! I started working with Tricia (interior design and sales), who was exceptional at assisting me with flooring, tile, countertop and paint choices. Throughout our remodel, we encountered many of the Village Floor staff-all were professional, expert at their jobs and took care of whatever we needed. Everything was “top notch” and we will go to them for our next project.

My husband and I are building our forever home and every part of this process is uncharted territory for us. When it came time to choose all the selections for the inside of the house, this seemed like an overwhelming process. Our builder recommended Tara at Village Floor to help us in this process. During our appointment, it was quickly evident why she deserved this recommendation. Tara's knowledge of the products and her design experience was invaluable to us! We appreciated her suggestions of products that complimented each other and working with us in trying to find products to match our personalities. (She even offered purple options knowing I'm a Vikings fan!) Tara's professionalism is top notch; however, it's her personality and humor that really made this one of the best parts of building our new home. Tara is someone who takes pride in helping her clients and making sure they walk out of her store completely satisfied. My husband and I strongly encourage you to visit Tara during your next build or remodel project. Challenge her to meet your expectations....she will rise to the occasion!

Village Floor has an excellent choice of carpeting, tile, and countertop material--at reasonable prices. And they have OUTSTANDING decorators to help you choose. Tara came to our home and helped us choose colors for paint, tile, carpeting, and vinyl--all to coordinate. She went above and beyond the call of duty all along the way. I would highly recommend Village Floor!

We walked into Village Floor to look at tile and get an idea of what we wanted for our remodel of our master bathroom. Tara was not with a customer at the time so we started talking about our project. We found her to be so very helpful and we starting putting colors together and before you know it we had picked out some amazing tiles and colors. She even thought the combination was amazing and wanted us to let her know when it was done. It was a long project as we decided to gut the room and do a walk in shower, It turned out fantastic and we appreciate everything Tara did for us through the whole process. She is very knowledgable and professional at all times.

My husband and I had been touring the Parade of Homes desperately looking for a flooring solution to our main floor remodel. The one we fell in love with was installed by Village Floor & Wall, 45 minutes from our home. That's where we met Tara. She listened to our concerns and offered great design solutions. She wasn't afraid to suggest out-of-the-box options without being pushy or judgmental. We loved that! We were able to take samples home to see them in our own environment, which really helped on some key decisions because they have a large selection of products. To date, we have purchased our wood flooring (had it installed by our own contractors), tile flooring (we installed ourselves), and kitchen counter top (that we had them install). Service has been amazing no matter who installed it. They took care of every detail when the job was all theirs and offered advice when it wasn't. We felt like we had an "insider" on our side. We have much more house to remodel and will be going to Village Floor & Wall to continue to work with Tara for every room. Awesome job!!!

Tara was very easy to work with. Explained all the specific details about the carpets - warranty, pattern size, and durability. Village Floor was able to accommodate our special needs for timing on installation and was very efficient with removal and installation (BC Floorcovering LLC)

Tara Sutton at Village Floor was fabulous to work with! She assisted us in picking out finishings for our custom new construction home. She was very receptive of our desires to remain within a set budget and advised accordingly. Tara helped us navigate the process very well and gave advice on how we would get the most "design bang" for our buck. We wanted to stay within our budget but didn't want to sacrifice design or style - we didn't want a "builder-grade" home and she definitely helped us achieve that. We have a busy schedule with little kids, and we were nearing the end of our appointment with several selections left to make. Tara offered to stay late in order to help us finish our selections that night rather than having us come back for a 2nd appointment. That meant so much and was so very helpful! We ended up almost exactly on budget - actually slightly under - and absolutely LOVE everything that we picked out (with Tara's assistance)! We love living in our beautiful new home and can't recommend Tara enough!!
