I worked with Geddes on the plans for a remodel of my 1945 traditional/mid-century home on Russian Hill. I absolutely loved working with him and his team. They were creative, attentive, responsive, friendly and at all times, professional. My job was small in relation to their usual project scale but I received exceptionally first rate attention at all times. An example of this was a hiccup that occurred during the construction phase. We encountered a few unforeseen issues that required design input. Geddes came over to my house and worked with the contractor to devise a solution that didn’t stall construction in any way. I loved his initial designs and also felt that he was very receptive to my own input. His work was timely, accurate and inspired as were any revisions that needed to be made. I intend to do further work on my house and will definitely reach out to him when the time is right. He is absolutely wonderful to work with.

We're General Contractors working with Geddes and his team on a $3m residential addition and remodel. They are responsive, detailed, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They really listen to what our client wants and make sure the design reflects it. They are always willing to hear our ideas and input and are excellent collaborators and team players. Comprehensive design, permitting, construction assistance, specification -- they offer the whole package. I have worked with Adele Salierno, from Geddes Ulinskas, on multiple projects. She is well known in the industry, as being highly creative with an extreme attention to detail. She brings to the table a plethora of experience, stemming from her Architectural degree at La Sapienza in Rome, to working on high end stores like Bulgari and Prada and now renovating Historical buildings in San Francisco. When a project calls for her brilliant designs, she is whom I recommend to my clients.
