we hired triad in the summer of 2019 to do pool deck and retaining wall. They were amazing at designing the pool deck and walls they were trustworthy,honest,and reliable.They made us feel very comfortable through the whole project. They only use high quality products and it shows. We highly recommend Triad

I had a pool put in and the patio poured by Triad. Great job until 4 Years later when the drain that they installed lifted. I called and sent over a dozen text messages pleading with this company to look at the damage. Phone calls and text messages ignored. My last one was asking for someone that they could refer me to do the repair work. This company does not stand by their work. All of the companies that I’ve asked to look at the work have all recommended removing and laying new concrete. All 5 companies said the drain was poorly put down and low grade materials. Thank you for nothing Triad. Do not use this company!!!

I will be honest - I used to work for Triad. Over the years, Triad installed decorative hardscapes for many of my neighbors and I continually hear how happy they are with the results. The most impressive thing about Triad is their ability to look at some of the most difficult landscapes and craft amazing and beautiful designs.
