Travertine Direct

This company has poor customer service, late delivery, an unreasonable returns policy and angry management who are poor at dealing with problems. I would pay considerably more to go elsewhere next time.

we have had so much help from travertinedirect we can only say thank you so many times. we bought some limestone floor tiles and they look superb.

I am an interior designer who deals with a lot of clients that acquire tiles for their homes - I am now a repeat customer for Travertine Direct and I am so thankful that my projects are managed so effeciently by them! One of the most difficult parts of my job is being responsible for the orders of my customers and relying on another company to make sure their products arrive on time. Thankfully, I have never had a bad experience with these guys! My customers love their limestone too :)
