Retained Bob Miles and sons for annual burner service in 2011 after building new home based on reputation and recommendations from several local folks. I have found them to be knowledgeable, dependable, prompt and reasonably priced. called them for help with a problem with domestic hot water last week and they were here within two hours. Staff was very effective and explained in language I could understand what was wrong and gave me options for the fix which was done right away.

Very courteous, knowledgeable & professional staff. After renovation project, called a few months later on Christmas Eve desperately needing a replacement hot water tank to which they installed the same day. Life savers! Highly recommend.
