LaBlonde Development

I've had the pleasure of working with Tom LaBlonde and Laura Monoscalco of LaBlonde Development for a number of years on many of their fabulous homes. I find them to be very passionate and committed about their work, and there isn't a most friendly couple than Tom and Laura to work for. Tom as a home builder and architect designer is unique in this business. When I'm photographing the homes I really notice the quality all the way around and excellent design concepts. After several months of looking for a custom home builder we came across LaBlonde Development and it was the best thing we could have asked for! Tom was passionate about his work and our project from the very beginning. He shared our vision on our contemporary design. Throughout the entire process he gave us his suggestions and executed on ours. He brings years of experience and builds a fantastic home! Working with Tom LaBlonde and LaBlonde Development was a real pleasure. He was always very professional and very capable with great ideas for the design and as construction progressed with our numerous changes. We made a LOT of changes, some significant, lots of details, consulted with Tom, and everything was at actual costs. Tom personally managed and oversaw every step, every supplier, every subcontractor and LaBlonde employees. Tom is an exceptional architect, builder, and facilitator! He designed our house from a rough concept, into an unbelievable house with his ideas and attention to detail. He has an eye for everything from major structural architecture to the smallest detail. He is the most dedicated person to his houses and homeowners than could ever be expected. He works tireless paying attention to contractors, homeowners, HOA's, suppliers, costs, approvals, inspections, etc., because he wants to make sure he can do the very best he can. He has tried field supervisors, but currently wants to watch everything himself. His office staff are also incredible, handling invoices, homeowner bank loans/draws, follow-up with suppliers/ contractors, and all the other aspects of running a business. We have a lot in Flagstaff that, if we decide to build, we will only use Tom LaBlonde. Using Tom LaBlonde was the best decision we made to get our new home. IMG_1329.JPG 1.9 MB

Our experience was great. Tom listened to our wishes and was able to create an extraordinary design on a very difficult lot. I could give him my design ideas and he was able to bring them to life. Couldn't have been happier.
