we just had our service person Dylan from the Source come to work on my furnace.. He is very professional, does not mess around and got the job finished in very good time. The fireplace looks just like the brochure so pleased with the service and the product. Most of all the flame burns blue and red and is beautiful...just sitting and enjoying looking at it ,My husband who is English compared The Visual to an old coke fireplace.
