What a great crew at The Carpet Tree, Herb, Beth and Bill. They were so patient with us as we changed our mind on the LVP we first chose. No problem, Herb said we want you to be happy with your floors. And we couldn't be more happy! They are beautiful!! The installation was outstanding by David and Ray. These guys were so respectful of our home and we highly recommend The Carpet Tree for any flooring needs you may have.

I am the Trustee of the Property at our church. We have a large campus with diverse buildings. Carpet Tree has replace the carpet in several areas through our church properties. Carpet Tree replaced the carpet in one of our rental houses and in our Business Building. Most recently they replaced the carpet in our Administration area. This work could not be started before Friday afternoon and needed to be completed by Sunday Morning. The crew worked late into the night on Friday to assure the office area was ready on Sunday Morning for worship and we would be ready for the Admin Staff on Monday morning. The re-carpet of the Admin area required detailed coordination and the Carpet tree owner Herb was very involved in every step to assure we had a good experience. I now only use the Carpet Tree for all our Carpet needs.

As the owner/manager of a Home Improvement company, I use the Carpet Tree in multiple ways. They are my go to resource for certain unique materials that my staff may need to complete a project, or when I need to determine the best material in a unique situation. I also refer my customers to the Carpet Tree for flooring materials and installation services that we don't provide. I've also leveraged their design expertise, as when it all comes together it has to look nice. Herb and Beth and the entire staff at the Carpet Tree, regardless of which capacity I use them in, are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just really great folks to work with. I enjoy working with them, and I get good feedback from customers I've sent in their direction. The big box home supply centers have access to so many products, and know so little about any of them. Before discovering the Carpet Tree I was constantly frustrated by big box employees that were happy to ring up the sale, but knew little about the products or the best products for unique situations. The Carpet Tree staff changed all that. They offer 'old school' service and knowledge that is simply hard to find these days. If you have flooring needs, I recommend the Carpet Tree.

Herb and Beth provided excellent service when we replaced tile in both of our bathrooms. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional from the beginning of the process to the end product. I would highly recommend them for any of your tile or carpet needs. An additional bonus is, they will make you laugh.

We had a flood at our business, at which time Herb and Beth with The Carpet Tree, took charge and arranged for new tile and carpet to be installed in an amazing short time period. Upon speaking with their installers, we came to repect even more, the professionalism and courtesy that they maintain in their business. It is wonderful working one on one with another small business. We will continue to use and recommend The Carpet Tree to others.
