Sylvester Cabinetry created an absolutely beautiful kitchen and bathroom cabinets for my husband and me. The cabinets are flawlessly finished, highly functional and sturdy. They created a unique appliance garage that spans 6' wide and is hidden behind that doors that fold over one another to seamlessly close. They also created a bar for us that looks like a piece of furniture from a historic inn. Fabulous! The owner and his staff carefully worked with us to design the layout, helping us think through every detail. We purchased their hardware, which rivals the high end alternatives in appearance, but for a much better price. They could not have done a better job and the overall price was very fair. My kitchen was remodeled 2 years ago by Sylvester Cabinetry, My kitchen was 20 years old, which was the original kitchen when the house was built. I had planned for several years to remodel my kitchen but kept postponing such a huge project. From the first phone call to Sylvester Cabinetry to inquire about their services I knew I wanted to have this company perform my kitchen remodel. After contacting several other companies I returned to Sylvester Cabinetry. Greg Sylvester and Ambyr visited my home early one morning to take measurements, pictures and to understand exactly what I wanted and needed. Greg and his design team took my vision and made it even better. I have a large kitchen but an odd shaped area. They designed a bit of an unusual shaped island that functions great and fits the space perfectly. I had added wrap around cabinets to the new kitchen with different dimensions making this a bit of a puzzle to put together. Greg and his team took this odd shaped cabinetry and worked through it....giving me several options. They didn't settle until they found an angle that would align the cabinets. This was a complete renovation (lasting about 5-6 weeks) requiring new flooring, electrical work, drywall repair and rerouting some plumbing. Every morning before I left for work I met with Greg and his crew. Greg coordinated all the work with the other contractors involved. I have done several large remodeling projects and my kitchen remodel was by far the most organized, had superior workmanship, and seamless communication. I would highly recommend Sylvester Cabinetry for any project. They employ excellent people who have great work ethics, excellent carpentry skills, and are so easy to work with. They truly want you to love the remodel. It's been 2 years and I am still amazed at the transformation of my new kitchen.

I consulted Sylvester Custom Cabinetry LLC for my custom cabinets after a recommendation from a friend and seeing their new Cabinetry. It was a wonderful and professional experience from beginning to end of project. They drove an hour away to take measurements at least 3-4 times and made necessary changes as my kitchen wants changed. They also provided computer printout of design. I was able to have custom color painted cabinets. There were no extra price surprises from quote. My cabinets are beautiful as well as my bathroom vanity.

They made the process easy, and helped with suggestions and ideas, making sure we were happy with the final plans. I had a 29-year-old kitchen with the typical 80's honey oak cabinets and laminate countertops. I knew this would be the one and only kitchen renovation I ever did in this house so I wanted to make sure it was something I would love until the day I retire and sell. I was already dreading the thought of being without my kitchen, and hearing horror stories from friends and co-workers about being without their kitchens for months, damaged cabinets, waiting for replacements, etc., didn't ease my fear any. The moment I stepped into Sylvester's Custom Cabinetry showroom and met Greg, however, my fears subsided. Greg's friendly and down-to-earth attitude made me feel at ease and that he was someone I could trust. Greg and his staff did not let me down. They were always patient, professional, and precise as I changed my mind on design and color more than once (who knew there were so many shades of white!!). They patiently waited while it took me forever to pick the perfect granite for my dream kitchen. Once the decisions were finalized, Greg and his crew came out and measured. I was impressed with the meticulousness exhibited in measuring the layout and making sure everything was perfect. There was a meeting with all involved; electrician, plumber, painter and drywall guys, making sure there would be no gaps of time between each project. Everything went as smooth as butter. The end result is my beautiful dream kitchen, completed when Greg said it would, with the quality I knew he would deliver, at a price that was less than the big box stores.

Greg Sylvester designed my cabinetry for my new home in Hawkseye in Lewes De. in 2015. The work entailed the kitchen, cabinets for each side of the fireplace and three bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms and wall units came out exactly the way I had envisioned them. Greg and his staff were attentive and respectful of my wishes. The project was done efficiently and on schedule which is detrimental to completing a house on time. If I had an idea, Greg would listen and he would tell me whether it would work or not. I asked to fit a wine cooler on the island and he made it fit along with a cabinetry lift for my kitchenaid mixer. I would recommend Greg to anyone who is thinking if remodeling or building from scratch for cabinetry.
