Can't recommend Dave at SurveyCloud highly enough! He was full of innovative ideas to turn a dated bathroom, cloakroom and pantry into a more usable, functional area by re-assigning the split of rooms to provide a much needed utility room and two brilliantly proportioned bathrooms for ourselves and guests. Nothing was too much trouble in terms of making adjustments to the plan and this will help enormously in getting reliable quotes from builders to make the plan a reality. Thanks Dave!

Dave was recommended to us by our builders to help us come up with a design for our two storey extension. We wanted to improve the flow of the house and add a new bedroom and living space. It involved quite a lot of external works/retaining wall and working with the layout of our older style house. We used SurveyCloud to design an ensuite shower room for our main bedroom and to advise on building regulations. Following a detailed survey of our house, SurveyCloud came up with a very practical design, that maximised the available space (limited) and as an added bonus, enabled us to retain most of the existing cupboard space. SurveyCloud prepared and submitted the application to Building Control and obtained the necessary permissions on our behalf, which certainly made things far simpler as far as we were concerned. SurveyCloud were easy and responsive to deal with and I would certainly use the company again and have no hesitation in recommending their services

A complex, small space on the top floor of our house was artfully dealt with to give us what we needed and a Victorian outbuilding was expertly designed to connect beautifully to the main house to create a stunning sitting room. David completed a very comprehensive survey of the existing house and worked flexibly (a few iterations) in order that the end design was what we wanted / needed. We are delighted with the finished extension and I’d be happy to act as a reference.
