Supreme Heating

So here is my experience with Supreme Heating. New solar system fitted 2018. Several months later, I noticed damage to my corrugated iron roof where the installers had walked over it. I tried to discuss this issue with Supreme 15/11/18, 21/11/18, 22/11/18 and finally received a reply from Joe saying he wanted to sight the damage 29/11/18 however did not show up. Finally, he turned up 05/12/18 and conceded the damage was a result of poor workmanship and stated he would lodge an insurance claim. Then 07/01/19, I left a message for Joe to call me, no reply. Again 11/01/19, 12/01/19, 21/03/2019 and finally received a reply from Joe stating he would get his "girl" to get the claim underway. 01/04/19, still nothing. 29/04/19 I received an e.mail from Joe apologizing and that he would get back to me that afternoon, nothing.24/10/19, I left another message, still nothing. I then confronted Michael Inserra and handed him my complete file explaining what Supreme had put me through. He told me he would call me 28/10/19 to discuss Joe's failure to rectify the damages, still nothing. Monday 11/11/19, I received a call from Michael asking if Joe had contacted me and I told him no. He said he would get him to call me ASAP but again nothing. Now, here we are April 2022, I still have a damaged roof and now, the solar has started leaking in several places. Once again, I call Supreme as this is a warranty issue. I speak to Jarrad and send him some images and he said that it would fall under a warranty claim and that he would speak to some one and call me back within the hour. That was April 27 this year 12.41pm and still nothing... Not only did they damage my roof, leave sections of the existing solar mat on the ground, urinated on my rose bushes (yes we have camera's) and now, they bury their head when a potential warranty issue arises. I am more than happy to provide any photo's to anyone that requests them before decided to go through Supreme. I would strongly suggest considering other companies before Supreme. Like Share

Installtion not in accordance with manufacturers specification for a tiled roof. No fixing to roof timbers. Just screwed to the tiles! Panels dislodged back in July. Still waiting for resolution in February. Have lodged formal complaint with the regulator.

Need to update my previous review. Supreme Heating have responded to our concerns and will be replacing the faulty unit. The unit while working did heat up our pool beautifully and we are looking forward to everything being back up and running again. All being said we would use this company again.

Very happy with the service we received from Supreme Heating. They gave us good advice on what would be the best pool blanket for our pool to help create and retain heat. From the initial contact to measurement to installation Supreme Heating staff were professional and courteous.

This was a first class job and very happy could not fault the two guys who installed the were very professional.
