Stone Earth and Water

We could not have been more pleased with the patio that Tom and the Stone, Earth, and Water team built for us. We were impressed with Tom from the beginning. We came to him with an idea of what we wanted, and he proposed some changes to make the design much better. When cost was a constraint, Tom made recommendations to bring that down. We even ran into a little 'hiccup' mid-way through the process that resulted in an additional day's work, and Tom didn't charge us for it. We are so excited to enjoy our new patio and would recommend this team to anyone!

My husband and I have been thinking about replacing our deck with a patio for a number of years. We were feeling disheartened after meeting with numerous designers with very little ingenuity. Matt Daly with Earth Stone and Water was the first person who listened to our needs, He designed a beautiful patio using materials that seamlessly compliment our existing home. Matt took our lifestyle into consideration, knowing we were looking for a place for our teenagers to hang out, while under our supervision. We were thrilled with the way Matt's design transitioned our indoor sunroom to the outdoor patio. Matt also was able to incorporate heavy plantings into our design to provide our open lot with much needed privacy. Matt used a computer aided design program to help us visualize his concept. He was able to make changes during our meeting as we considered adding a pergola for shade. Matt is professional, timely and creative in his design. We are so excited to continue working with Matt as our design becomes a reality.

I am planning an upgrade to our backyard that includes an in-ground pool, a large patio, a in-ground spa, and a fire pit. I talked to a couple of landscapers who were recommended by the pool supplier, but I just wasn't getting the help I desired in planning this project. I had a basic idea of the layout, but I wanted a professional to guide me through the process and give me ideas. I found Stone Earth and Water on Houzz and I have been delighted with their service. Within hours of my first call, they connected me with their in-house landscape designer, Matt Daly. Matt has been great. He made several trips to our house to understand what I wanted to accomplish, take measurements, and present ideas. I want a great looking patio where we can entertain frequently, but I'm also budget conscious. I was pleased that Matt took my ideas and made them better, but always kept my budget in mind. That's what I was looking for from the first two landscapers, but I didn't get. I strongly recommend Matt to turn your good ideas into a great finished product. I'm looking forward to posting our photos. Our backyard is going to be an awesome place for entertaining.
