Furniture Showcase

I’ve traveled to Stillwater and shopped at this store for years, as have most of my family members. Our experiences have always been great until today. In December, I purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture. One of the beds I bought had to be ordered. I paid the $125 delivery fee and nothing was ever mentioned about that not including the bed that was due to arrive in February. Today, I received a text message that my bed was in and would need to be picked up on a day before 4:30 PM, despite them being open until 6. I responded and let Jenna know that I had paid for delivery at the time of purchase. She replied by saying that was for one trip only and she could send me a payment link if I wanted it delivered. As a small business owner myself, I cannot imagine losing a family of long term customers over delivering a bed; but unfortunately that is what they have done. We can purchase the same furniture online, or in a bigger city for less money, and we will definitely be doing so from now on.

Very helpful as I walked in, but did not feel pressure from them. They even showed us an area for our 2 year old to play with trains so we would not be as stressed in making a decision. We are waiting to close on a house so haven't purchased from them yet, but just from our experience they were great!

My husband and I were looking for a new bed. We trusted the experts at Furniture Showcase and were not disappointed at all! They were helpful, courteous and most of all, knowledgeable about our needs in a mattress. It was delivered later that day and we had a great night of sleep on our new mattress and many since!

Always a delight to do business with! Never overbearing in store experience like so many furniture stores, but always eager to help! Understanding of the customers wants and needs and very accommodating. Great local business!

Terrific experience shopping here! I had been in the market for a new sofa that would fit my active family's lifestyle. They helped me find exactly what i was looking for without breaking my budget. Best part they hauled away my old sofa and love seat!

Have a wide selection of products and custom pieces! They hire graduates with interior designer majors and provide a free home consultation so you can get a one-of-kind experience without the expense. They leave your house looking like a home with your own personal touch to it. The sales people are very friendly and polite. They do not try to rush you, but spend one-on-one time to make sure you get exactly what you want. When they deliver it to your home, the delivery guys are very courtesy and respectful.

My husband and I bought a large entertainment center from Showcase Furniture. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Robin, the owner! The two guys that delivered and set up our entertainment center were very nice and respectful. They were careful and gentle with each piece of the set in order to not scratch it.
