I am very happy with Spectrum Technology securities system. I use them both in my home and business. I was referred to them from another alarm company. They go above and beyond and are always helpful and pleasant to deal with from Alex and Leah in the office to Jose and Anthony on the alarm side. I had to let someone go in my business and had to change the alarm codes, they came out that day and took care of it. Another time the computers crashed, that day they came out to make sure cameras were all set up At home this week the fire alarm detector was going off at 12:00 pm, it was signally from the alarm system, I called and Anthony tried to help me at 12 at night, pleasant easy going I felt foolish but sadly we couldn't get it to stop but at 9:00 am Jose was there at the house,,changing batteries, checking alarm panels. Amazing!! I would recommend this company for your home and business...Thank-you to the spectrum team.

Whole house control of lighting, media and climate control. I'm 72 years old and I love it! If o have an issue, Spectrum answers the phone 24/7 and problem solved. Of all the subcontractors on the job to completely remodel our condo, Spectrum is by far the most responsive and what ever I want, they deliver. The best by far!

I have a lot of reservation going with a low voltage contractor when I built my new home last year. The cost was the second highest below the shell and I heard a lot of horror stories. Spectrum did a great job pre-wire, installation and warranty. They sent in a team of guys that got the job done right and fast. Service wise they have been all over any issue I've had. Their guys seem to really care about getting the job done right to appoint of obsessiveness. I would highly recommend Spectrum for your LV needs.

Jason Roberts and his team at Spectrum are smart, responsive and caring. They did what they promised and whenever there was an issue they dealt with it immediately. Spectrum provided full service from start to finish automation for my new home. That included pre-wiring during construction along with the design and build out using state of the art audio (completely invisible drywall speakers), video (98" quad screen TV), lighting, alarm, cameras and shades. They can do just about anything you want and their people are the best in the industry. They are very fair and completely honest with pricing. Super responsive and work with you builder or with you directly. Owner is hands-on, accessible and authentically excited about every home he gets to work on.

Spectrum has exceeded my expectations! They did all electronics in my new home. I was expecting several issues. To my surprise everything ran smoothly. The owner walked me through an entire tutorial on how to work everything. He was patient. If there were minor issues they were rectified same day of not next day. I also worked with two other very knowledgeable and professional technicians. I can not say enough about spectrum!

I highly recommend this company! They did an excellent installation and their on-going customer service has been outstanding. The staff and technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I've had prompt response to service requests. They may not be the least expensive alternative but "you get what you pay for" and they are worth every penny.
