S.M. Patterson Construction

I'd like to give a recommendation to anyone looking to do any remodeling or new construction. We hired Sean, owner of S.M. Patterson Construction to remodel our kitchen. He is in the last days of completion and we could not be more satisfied. Throughout the entire process Sean exceeded our expectations. From suggesting ideas to helping me select products, he made it fun (and I know how picky I am). Sean and his crew were professional and went above and beyond. They were extremely clean, to the point he had someone come in to clean halfway thru the remodel. I could go on and on about how impressed we are with his services. This is the second time I have used Sean Patterson for remodel work, and will use him again when I need more work done. Had my master bath completely redone and it turned out great! He is right on top of all the details, and was very nice about my "we need to talk" messages. I don't know how, but he keeps the schedule right on time, and on budget (VERY IMPORTANT). Everyone showed up when he said they would, and did great work. Thank you Sean, and will think of you every time I turn the floor heat on in my bathroom!

Sean remodeled our older home in Downtown Bakersfield, Ca. We took it all the way down to the studs to do a complete redo. Sean was at the project every step of the way to make sure all the contractors were on schedule, work was being done correctly and I was amazed how clean everything was day to day. We hired Sean to update our bathrooms and kitchen. He did a great job! He had lots of good ideas and his work was done in a timely manner. He is easy to work with, returns calls and stays very involved with the renovations. He checked in once or twice a day to be sure all the work was being done correctly. If he isn't happy with something, he makes it right! I would highly recommend hiring Sean for your next construction project.
