Thank you to Sean, Jim, Shannon and the entire Silva team. Our master bathroom came out wonderful. From the Design Phase to the last step of installing the glass shower door, the team had great communication throughout the process, including the sub-contractors as well. Everyone was very professional and respectful. Also, all workers were very talented. All questions or concerns were resolved in a timely manner in-person or via email/phone. Each day the team showed up on-time in the morning and left the house in clean shape. The project was only a month behind schedule with a tight timeline during the holidays. My one recommendation is that they improve their payment process. One of my checks ($18k) was lost and I had to get my bank involved. Overall, we’re very happy with the end product and we’d like to thank the entire Silva team! Job well done!

We had a great experience with our remodel done by Silva Custom Construction. Our new spaces are spectacularly beautiful and turned out just as we had hoped - only better. Sean and Jason and all of the team and contractors were so great to work with. Our project was completed in phases, and each phase was on schedule. Sean was careful to make our project turned out just as we wanted it. The team was very patient with us when we added some work nearing the end of the project. Sean and his team showed great attention to detail. We highly recommend them.

I think the best recommendation I can give to Sean Silva and his crew of Silva Custom Construction is that I will be using them again - my project went very smooth - yes we had a few challenges as expected but all were taken care of. And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how everything came out! I actually had estimates from 4 different contractors and the main reason that I had SCC do my job is that I felt comfortable with Sean & his project manager Jim Wright. I wanted a company that was able to complete the job without having to rely on too many sub-contractors - Seans people did just that. The SCC crew was very professional and very respectful of my property. The project went according to schedule and was finished in a timely manner. I would be happy to answer any questions anyone might have on whether or not to hire Silva Custom Construction - YES do it without hesitation!

Sean patiently & kindly went over the logistics of the construction involved in our kitchen remodel, including making additional helpful suggestions. It was clear from the beginning he knew how to run his business, which as a fellow business owner, I found refreshing. Shannon listened to everything we requested as far as design went & presented us with wonderful design materials & selections. We actually didn't change anything from her design boards because she knocked it out of the park. Our project manager, Jim, was excellent! Jim's responsiveness, organization, and leadership of the job & the crew made this experience run beyond smooth. He really should be called Head Problem Solver, because if any hiccup occurred, as does with any remodel, he solved the issue immediately. We've recommended Silva Custom Construction, Inc. to all of our family, friends & neighbors that have walked through the downstairs of our home to check out the finished product. We had a positive experience working with Silva Custom Construction on our kitchen & living room remodel. At the beginning, we were uncertain about cost, feasibility, choices, and so on. Sean and Ann Marie (of Lazy Suzan (kitchen) Designs) were helpful and informative as we worked through the details to move forward. Ann Marie was a good resource in coordination and making materials choices for the completion of the project. When we got started, the project went smoothly and on schedule. This was primarily due to our project manager, Jim Wright. Jim kept everything on track, promptly addressed any questions or concerns, and always let us know what to expect daily. The construction crews were professional and friendly. Jim, Marty, Randy and I had an enjoyable afternoon attaching our cabinet handles. Alex was friendly, and ended up delivering many of the materials needed here in the pouring rain. We’d recommend Silva Custom Construction and are currently finishing up details for a second project with them.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Sean and Silva Custom Construction. Everyone, both in the office and in the field, is friendly, professional, and honestly, just fun to have around. Our PM, Jim Wright, has become like family and I already miss talking to him daily. Our regular crew, Marcos, Randy, and Marty were great at their jobs and were also patient, and kind; their craftsmanship showed that they truly cared about all the little details. My husband and I normally do most of our remodel work ourselves which I *think* makes us much more difficult clients to have. We had fully planned to do the first remodel to our 'new to us' ranch home, the Master, ourselves as well, even had all the finished goods onsite already, but multiple injuries on my part prevented us from being able to make the time. I have heard horror stories about shady contractors taking peoples money, starting projects and then vanishing leaving clients hanging in sometimes very dangerous situations. In fact, my best girlfriend is 1.5 years into what was supposed to be a 6 week bathroom remodel and she hasn't been able to get a hold of her contractor in over 5 months! Needless to say, I was very leery to hire someone to do this work for us, but needs must. Sean and his team not only made the experience easy, but enjoyable, and the finished project is even better than I had planned! I am hooked on the whole contractor thing and am already saving up to have Silva's do our Grand Room and Kitchen.

Silva CC remodeled a large portion of our house including the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, the stairway, and flooring throughout. After first meeting with Sean to go over the scope of work, we had great confidence in him and his crew. They were very flexible in completing the project in phases so that we could remain in the house while the work was being done. We worked with Ann Marie (Lazy Susan Designs) for cabinet design and layout. She also assisted in picking out tiles, flooring, and slabs for all our spaces, which was helpful and a great additional service we weren’t expecting. Jim (Silva CC) oversaw our renovation from start to finish. We cannot praise him enough! He was professional, great to work with, and communicated what was happening each day. If we ever had a concern or issue, Jim would address it right away. All the Silva CC crew and sub-contractors were very friendly and produced quality work. We appreciated that at the end of the day everything was always cleaned up and any materials needed for the following day were neatly organized. Silva CC also stands by their work. Any issues we have found after completion of the project, have been promptly addressed. I highly recommend Silva CC for any renovation project you might have. We will definitely use them in the future for any additional renovation needs.

Really happy with the whole experience working with SCC. Our kitchen came out better than we imagined, and the service we got from the whole team was top notch. They pay attention to all the details and really try to minimize the disruption to you, while doing everything in their power to keep to schedule and design and build things just to your liking. Great experience all the way around!

The world needs more contractors like Sean Silva. We had Sean and his crew remodel our kitchen, family room and entry hall. The quality of their work and that of their subs was outstanding. My wife and I were picky about the project details and Sean's crew was right there with us, making sure we were satisfied with the final product. Shannon also provided invaluable assistance selecting finishes and colors for the project. There's no question who I'll call for my next project.

We cannot say enough good things about Sean and his crew. He immediately put us at ease. There are horror stories about contractors but Silva Custom Construction is a bright light in a difficult landscape. He consistently kept us apprised of what was going on and when. He and his crew paid attention to the details and though our project was not as large as others he has done, we were treated as valued clients. Some contractors would cut corners or cost. Sean was exactly the opposite. He did more than was called for and made sure we received quality materials and workmanship. The same was true of the guys who worked on-site. They displayed great attitudes, took pride in their work, were helpful, patient with us and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We would recommend this company to family, friends and anyone looking for quality at a fair and reasonable price. Selecting Silva Custom Construction was one of the best decisions we have made.

If we could give Silva Custom Construction 10 stars, we'd do it. We've done several remodels, and these guys are the gold standard in general contractors. They run an incredibly tight ship with someone here working almost every single day, and they finished on the schedule that they set out from the beginning. Their subcontractors are also incredible, extremely professional and pleasant to work with. All remodels come with hiccups or changes in the original plan, and the Silva team always found a quick resolution to keep our project on task. A huge thanks to Sean who jumped in personally every time there was a significant change or question that needed to be resolved. They were extremely helpful, creative and fantastic to work with. As long any changes we requested met code requirements AND their quality standards, they would tell us they would do it however WE wanted it. They also had the entire job schedule posted on an online tool that we had access to which allowed us to make plans to coordinate other, non-construction elements around what was happening on site (ie. furniture delivery, carpet installation). They also communicated with us each day on who would be there the next day and what would be accomplished. Sean Silva and his entire team are fully committed to a very high level of quality, and do everything possible make the project go efficiently, seamlessly and smoothly. I will hire Sean (Silva Custom Construction) and his team for all of our remodels going forward. I can't say enough GREAT things about our experience with them.
