I would like to highly recommend Showhomes of Coral Gables. Marissa and her team delivered exactly the motif that we envisioned for our property in Coconut Grove, and overdelivered on the service we received. They came through for us in less than 48 hours turnaround time as we were on a very tight timeline. Aly was fantastic in her response to me, met me at the property and engineered a perfect outcome. Marisa and her team performed an excellent job furnishing three of my Coconut Grove townhomes. It is very important to stage homes in Real Estate in order for clients to get a visual look and ideas of how they can decorate their new home. Marisa's professionalism and skills are one of a kind. Marisa provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate a tight time frame to sell the house and the need to locate a house manager, who was also outstanding. Fees were quite reasonable and payable at the time of the sale.
