Wagner Swimming Pools (E. L. Wagner Co, Inc.) has been collaborating with Sean Jancski on high end projects for many years. He is a true professional with vast knowledge in outdoor design and swimming pool project design. Sean's full property master plans are sought after in the area. His designs are beautiful, and very detail oriented. When you have Sean designing your outdoor projects it is more likely to add value to your property than just letting a contractor, with no design training, try to design your project and potentially de-value your property. There are many companies that sell plants that tend to do very simple landscape plans that are loaded up on plants and not very well thought out. You will never get that with Sean. Sean is a landscape architect that earns his living on his design skills, not plant sales. He will design only what is best for your property with the proper amount of plantings. You own the plans as well when you work with Sean. Many design-build firms will not let you keep or use their plans if you don't hire them to build the project. The same problems can arise with swimming pool companies designing your swimming pool project and not Sean. They tend to design what is most profitable for the swimming pool company and not what's best for the customer and their family. Sean will always design what's best for the customer and property. Sean uses 3D imaging along with his drawings to really give a clear image of what the final results should look like. It is truly amazing how realistic the 3D imaging is and very helpful for our clients. Sean is invaluable during the permitting process as well. He will help get everything organized and ready for approvals. All the ground work with the various permitting agencies will be covered prior to plans going out to bid to make sure it will be approved. He will get the surveyors on board to update the surveys to make sure that the project will be ready to go. He will get the engineers on board for drainage plans too when required by specific towns. That way when the contractors are hired all they have to do is file for the permits. He will help obtain the certificate of occupancy at the end of the project as well. Sean is indispensable during the project construction period. He will visit the site often and inspect everything that is going on to help keep his clients aware of the progress. Sean has a long list of extremely satisfied customers and we look forward to building many more high end projects with Sean!
