I have been waiting since 5-6-23 for repair work to be completed on the door installed in my sunroom, to no avail. After multiple calls a repairman from Medallion came on 6-13-23 , the second repairman came on 9-13-23 and the third repairman came on 9-15-23 to each access the problem. At that time I showed the last repairman that as a result of the problem with the door the wood flooring near the door had warped due to water damage. He informed me that it would take 5 days to get the replacement wood. I called Medallion to get an update on the wood replacement on 10-2-23 and the office had no idea that I was still waiting for the repair work to be done and said they would get back to me. During this whole process I have been the one contacting Medallion. To date I have not heard from them.

RUN!! From this company. Do not Jog...RUN!! Stupid me signed a contract with this company and months later the deck had not STARTED to be built. They would not answer my calls and when they did they told me that I needed to speak to the salesman. The salesman kept blaming the HOA. The HOA stated that they had just received the paperwork. When I told them that I no longer wanted the deck because its been almost a year they told me I had to pay $2500 to get out the contract. When I refused they sent me an attorney notice that I had to let them build the deck for $9000 or pay them $2500 for nothing. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. I lost $2500!! Prior to this they built a fence which I liked. The guy told me how much better it was than Clinton Fence. When the wind blew out 3 of the panels they told me that my warranty doesn't cover wind damage!! What...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Buyer beware! I had this company do a job for me in 2018. When the sells person was selling the product, he reassured me that if I had any, any problems to contact them. I contacted them July 2019 called since I was having trouble with the job and was told that my problem wasn’t covered my warranty. That’s paint chipping( I was told that the paint would never come off ) and the key doesn’t fit properly in the door. To consumers do your homework before using this company! The sales person will tell you anything to get your business

This company is the worse! They put up a fence and did my stone patio less than 2 1/2 years ago. At first it looked great. At the onset I complained about the gate locks not being properly installed. No response. Last year we went back and forth about sinking stones and grass growing between stones. They came out and accessed told me it would be $1,500 to repair. What about my warranty? They claim it does not cover any of this. Now we are entering the third year and it is worse.

I had a sliding door installed it looks great but 2 years after installation it won't open and although under lifetime warranty I am having a hard time getting someone out to check the door. And is being told have to pay for additional services.

I give a 2 because the actual deck and patio are beautiful. However, the customer service was horrible. Read the contract carefully they will only cover 50% of any damage that they cause. They hit our irrigation system while digging. Instead of telling us they tried to fix it themselves. This debacle resulted in an egregiously high water bill and us still having to get a professional come out and fix it. Dealing with the company was a nightmare. Sometimes product doesn’t matter I would never use or recommend them simply because of the poor customer service.

i hired medallion security to secured my house with their window guards and security doors i really enjoyed working with medallion they are a local company that builds their own products its an outstanding product. great customer service and installers Nelson was great installing my window guards and doors.

Medallion did such an amazing job with our sun room. My wife and I had always wanted a new edition to the house but it never came around. They came over to do an estimate which was such a comfortable price! They worked on it super fast and efficiently. We are very pleased with their work.

Medallion build and installed my security doors for my house the salesman was really helpful. The doors look great on my house i was impressed how fast they build and installed my doors they are really strong doors and good looking now i feel secured at home thanks to medallion staffs .

I want to thank Medallion for doing such an amazing job. My Patio Pavers look great and I definitely plan on using Medallion for future projects.

Medallion replaced my big sliding door, a window, steps, and my fence. Nelson and his crew were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves. They let me know ahead of installation what to expect, and finished everything in a timely matter. Now, ice doesn't form on my floors in the winter and Medallion even replaced my trim and rotted floor boards. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Buyer beware!!! We purchased over 20 windows from Medallion a few years ago that came with a "life time warranty". However, when we discovered that our windows were defective - cracked seals, argon gas leaks, discoloration, grainy appearance, etc., we found out that we didn't have a valid warranty. The manufacturer for the windows - Accu-Weld had declared bankruptcy before our windows were installed. One year later the company that bought Accu-Weld; - -Haddon Windows did not assume any of their liabilities and eventually they also went out of business. Unfortunately, prior to having the problems with our windows, we recommended this company to a friend and they now have the same problems with their windows and no warranty. We contacted Medallion, and after years of debate, they finally agreed to replace our windows at a significant cost to us. Medallion explained that they had no idea that either company had financial problems nor did they know that the companies had gone out of business. Further, Medallion stated "retailers sell manufactures' products as a matter of course trusting as does the consumer that the manufactures will be around to honor their warranties should the need arise". I firmly believe it is their responsibility as is the consumers to investigate the financial status of prospective business partners before entering into a business relationship to ensure that the business partners are financially stable. Medallion definitely failed us in this area but the lesson learned for our future large purchases is to "trust but verify"! Bottom line, do your own homework and research the manufacturers and sub contractors connected with this "family owned business" thoroughly before purchasing your windows.
