Geoff and his crew did an excellent job! They removed an old screen enclosure and installed a beautiful new one over our pool. They were very professional. They keep the area clean and neat. They were great to work with!

We were so impressed with the professionalism of the company, but more importantly, the staff. Their work ethic was great. My gutter was not wide enough to handle all of the water when it rained. Impact Enclosures did a great job replacing them with a wider gutter. Price was very reasonable, they showed up on time and job was completed in a professional manner.

Holly was amazing from the start, Eric was super and on top of everything and Al & John were sweet and hardworking non-stop! The entire team we had were awesome and we will definitely be using them again for future projects!

We have hired Impact Enclosures for several projects. Most recently to give a 'health check' to our enclosure and recommend improvements. The results were a reasonable set of fixes which strengthened our cage, removed rust causing screws, replace some panels and caulked a few holes. The price was great, work done quickly and professionally and nothing above the need. Impact Enclosures is a partner with us to keep our enclosure in top condition.

We had our 22-year-old screening, framing and door replaced with expanded view screen. We received outstanding service and workmanship. The crew was punctual, courteous and patient with questions and explanations. They were also flexible with scheduling when weather, vacation and other work being done on the porch caused delays or changes. Ryan was also thorough in his initial presentation of all our options and helped us make the best decision for our needs and budget. I highly recommend this company!

Impact did a great job on my screen enclosure. They were easy to deal with throughout the design and application phase, and Alvino did a great job on the actual job. They showed up right on time, and did high-quality work. I'm really happy with the workmanship and I'm already hooked on being outside on my new lanai.

even though we live in St. Augustine because we were an initial customer. It took a while until we could coordinate the repairs, but that was understandable because ALL screening companies were deluged with repair requests. They finally came to repair the screens that were damaged from falling tree branches, however they needed to reschedule the repair for the split beam. When they came to replace the top split beam, they did not have a tall enough ladder. They did return that same day and completed the job. Mitch and Sam were professional, thorough and "flexible" .... they were fearless on those high ladders. The job clean-up was done well and we applaud their work ethic and attitude! Our whole experience with Impact Enclosures was very positive, particularly in view of the fact that the Jacksonville area had an unusually long series of daily storms that pushed back the patio install several weeks which resulted in the screen enclosure to be put on hold, the classic domino effect. However, the Impact team, Eric, Justin and Tammy, were very responsive in standing by to do the installation so that it could be finished before we had to leave for long-scheduled travel. Very pleased with the quality of the installation, screen, and our Impact Enclosure experience, and would highly recommend them.
