Rick remodeled my shower. He waterproofed with Schluter Kerdi and tiled with 12" x 24" tile and a glass/stone mosaic trim. He is an expert tiler and planned the tile and niche layout perfectly. There is no tile lippage and the Schluter edge profile and corners on the niche are perfect. He was easy to work with and very professional. He didn't mind my questions and provided great insight and advice not only on my shower, but also on other areas of my home. He has a full range of remodeling skills and I plan on contracting with him again for any future needs.

Ricky Salyer came in my home and brought my dream to life. Attention to detail, complete explanation, and coordinating electrician and plumber on point. Complete kitchen remodel/over haul was a delight. I heard it would be a headache but I did not have one with Rick.

Rick and his crew replaced the shingles on our mid-1950s house (with two newer additions) and related work such as new gutters, downspouts, foundation vents, and upgrading the rear overhang. We knew there would be some issues once the current shingles came off, but weren't prepared for the extent of water damage, dry rot, and prior sloppy work and coverups. And then there was a real tricky drainage problem that we dubbed the "valley." Rick was meticulous in his diagnosis of these problems, proposing solutions and implementing them. And all this on days when the high temperatures routinely approached 95 degrees. So the job took longer than we originally thought, but these issues had to be resolved. So thank you Rick for delivering us a top-notch finished product and being professional and up front throughout the process. I recommend your company to anyone needing a high quality repairs or improvements!

Wow, R & S Homeworks, LLC did a fabulous job on my two bathrooms and kitchen back splash. I highly recommend R & S Homeworks for construction and most importantly tile work. The attention to detail and precision were exactly what we were looking for! Rick and his crew were profession and kind. They are hard workers and their job was tedious. They really wanted to make us happy and anything we asked for they did it and made it look good! When I had a question, Rick responded back promptly via text, phone, or email. We built a great relationship during the course of their work and we value his work and character. Really! Great job! 1.) Handicap bathroom. (My daughter is handicap and Rick really went out of his way to make it a great bathroom for her to be independent) They tiled the floor and the wall above the fiberglass shower, installed both vanities, shower door, and trim. 2.) Master suite bathroom. Tiled floor, drop in tub, and walk-in shower. Also installed the vanity and trim. 3.) Kitchen backsplash

We contracted with R & S Homeworks, LLC to do a total gut job of our 1950’s bathroom and lay ceramic tile in our kitchen and are very pleased with the results. Rick was great to work with and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and his attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process. Rick cares about his work and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. We were also very pleased that he does what he says he is going to do and shows up when he says he is going to be there. We highly recommend R&S to anyone looking for a high quality contractor.

Rick re-did a shower for us that had been improperly installed only two years before his work. The previous work allowed water to permeate through the tile and created mold underneath the walls. Rick completely removed all of the defective walls, shower floor and all the units the previous contractor had installed. He then installed the correct underlying wall and floor units that made the shower waterproof. His work was EXCELLENT. The demolition was done in a neat and tidy manner. The new work was done in a very professional, creative manner. He had wonderful suggestions that we instituted that we did not have before. His tile installation was very good with all the lines matching, tiles level and flush with each other, and the floor done so that water drains adequately. We were happy at the time of his completion and we are still happy with the way the shower looks and performs.

We contracted R & S Homeworks, LLC for a tile installation job in our newly renovated family room (28 x 28). Due to the condition of the existing concrete floor we knew this was not a job for just anyone. We were able to order the tile through R & S Homeworks and it was delivered directly to the house. We are very impressed with the skills, job knowledge and professionalism Rick Salyers exhibited throughout this labor intensive job. The finished product was beyond our expectations.
