I can have you feel in control of your project, whether you hire me during planning, as you are assembling your team, or during the construction, as an Owner’s Representative. As an expert construction project manager based in Marin County, California, I help owners enjoy a successful, stress-free experience in the building of their Bay Area homes. The savings I create with my budget and schedule oversight will eliminate delays, change orders, and cost overruns. When beneficial, I can run the project on-site, performing all the functions required as your agent. Main areas of work are Bay Area, Pebble Beach, and Big Sur.

We worked with Richard Woodhouse several time on may projects and find him to be very competent, efficient, and a great homeowner representative. He creates a cooperative working environment dealing fairly with all subcontractors and he is an excellent organizer, very knowledgeable about construction. As a Project Manager, he thorough takes control of all phases of the work, knows how to work with designers, keeps the project running smoothly. I am a General Contractor in the SF Bay Area and have worked with Richard Wodehouse. He is the Owners Representative for a high end client on a 6 million dollar build. I have found Richard to be exceptionally straight forward and honest. I have found Richards build knowledge to be extensive which is critical for someone in his position. I would say his best quality is getting the information on the table early and informing the Owners of the real costs before work starts. We hired Richard as owner representative and project manager for a substantial and complex remodel of our home including significant infrastructure work (new wiring, plumbing and seismic foundations, etc.), a entirely new exterior design and modifications/rebuild to most of the rooms in the pre-existing structure. Richard did an amazing job keeping such a complicated project on a very tight schedule and was a great problem solving partner in engineering costs down while retaining high impact and value for our investment.
