Rapp did a great job on the gut renovation of our house. It's an old farmhouse from 1900, and the project was quite intricate and in parts complicated. Nevertheless they managed everything in a very professional and hands on way. Communication is their absolute strength and we appreciated the transparency when it came to the budget, costs and the process as a whole. The quality of the work of the contractors they hired met our expectations, and they took great care in the proper execution of everything that was done. Most of all the team was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely do another project with them.

Patient in giving me a quote for a project, Aaron replied quickly to my email, and proceeded give me time to go over my project and provided realistic estimates for the project. Would come back in the future.

All of their vendors were very professional and Rapp worked hard to keep them on time and on budget. Our house turned out fantastic and for the very few items that needed tending to post construction, Rapp was there for us to ensure it was taken care of (at no extra charge)

Joe and his team were awesome to work with our gut renovation. Their design/build process helped up navigate our dreams, our budget, and the building's technical constraints. Every sub-contractor and expert they connected us with has been as high-quality as well. They also managed to source some great materials for us.
