Working with interior designer Rania on my remodeling project was a delight, especially when it came to paneling my spa office. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with her work and the transformation she has brought to my spa office. The paneling in my spa area was a particular challenge as I wanted it to have a luxurious and elegant feel while also being functional and practical. Converting a garage into an ADU

I hired RT Homes to convert my mom's garage into an ADU. I'm happy with how quickly and well they did it. Rania is easy to talk to, and when I wanted some changes from our first plan, she made them without any problems. They finished my mom's ADU fast and without any big issues. I love how it turned out, and I'd hire her again for sure. I highly recommend her services.

Rania is an amazing interior decorator and more. She does everything, drawing plans, custom work and she has fabulous taste! She has a crew for everything. We changed our 30 year old heavy outdated wavy drapes to a classic beautiful material we chose through her books. Professional,, reasonable, and she cares. Even after installer she got up on the ladder to make them hang perfectly and she always said she wants us happy and will come back and change anything. She’s a perfectionist which is good in her business. We loved the whole process working with Rania and we loved the outcome. Thank you! BTW she’s doing more for us now.

I had Rania completely remodel a wall and fireplace mantle (which required demolition and moving the wall back), paint my entire apartment and perform other miscellaneous work. Rania came as a package deal with Blaine Construction, and they were a wonderful team. Working against time limitations (I had a move in date), parking limitations, and condo rules, they turned my apartment into something I wouldn't be surprised to see in Architectural Digest. Rania also helped me immensely with other design issues, including taking pictures to get framed and arranging them on my walls, getting the right window treatments, and finding rugs to match the decor. She has great taste, is very responsive, and charges competitive prices. She is also just a nice person. I would not hesitate to rehire her.

RT Interior provides exquisite flair and detail to every project it takes on, no matter how big or small. The creativity and artistry that Rania exudes is bar none!!! Rania takes a considerate amount of time to develop an appreciation for the style, passion, and pain points of her clients; and then she unleashes a masterful design that uniquely expresses the true essence of not only the vision of the client, but the character and sensuality of the client as well. Consequently, I highly recommend RT Interior as the love and passion that Rania puts into her work ultimately manifests itself into a fabulous, chic, and timeless design that embodies the image and perspective of you! Therefore, although RT is no longer located within my area; I never approach any home remodeling feats without seeking Rania's advice and counsel first.
