Quality Swimming Pools

A rip off with terrible communication & service. Their inability to properly maintain our pool almost messed up our pool mechanisms. When asked about their service issues, they deflect and make excuses and give instructions that don't make any logical sense. We've asked other pool experts who also corroborated that the information wasn't right. They don't tell you when they arrive at your house, which is a huge issue since they bill based on time spent at your house. And what if you have questions to ask? They try to get as many pools done as possible in a day, with zero care for customer service. They also charge way more than other places and charge your card on file without showing the the invoice first.

We could not be happier with our pool. The Quality Pools team was courteous, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. They guided us through the entire process from start to finish. Can not recomend them highly enough to anyone thinking about a new pool!

Joe, Brian and the rest of the Quality Swimming Pool crew were great. They were prompt, professional and kept the work site tidy such that our family could still enjoy our backyard while the pool was being built. During the planning/design phase, Joe was very helpful and gave great recommendations based upon his previous experience. While there may be less expensive options, the gunite pool they built will last far longer with (hopefully) less maintenance. Overall, I would encourage anybody that is building a pool to meet Joe and give them an opportunity

My father built two pools with Quality Pools over the past 40 years. He always had a positive experience with Joe Hayes and his team. When my family decided to build a pool we bid the work out and interviewed multiple firms. Since Joe Hayes had "retired" (if you know Joe, he can't ever sit still) we wanted to make certain the next generation was equally as motivated. Upon meeting Brian Miller and performing our due diligence, we knew that Quality Pools was still the right choice! I must tell you that Brian and his team did a fantastic job and continue to provide good service AFTER the sale! Before selecting a firm to build your pool, DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE! You will be shocked how many people have had terrible experiences with other firms!!

Over the last 30 years or so, Joe, Lanny and the crews have built 3 pools for me at 3 different houses. Obviously, I couldn't be happier with their performance! If I ever move again, I'll be giving Joe a call!

QSP is a well run company delivering our pool on time and budget. We had a lot of fun with the staff who built the pool as we were with them every day for a few months and cant say enough about their workmanship. Can't wait for Summer.
