The Pool & Spa Place

We got estimates from a few different companies to make our backyard into an awesome place to chill (both hanging out relaxing and swimming in a pool)! We decided upon Pool & Spa Place because they were easy to work with and were super friendly and had plenty of very cool ideas for our backyard oasis. The whole entire staff was courteous, respectful, flexible, and also very responding. The work they did was very professional and I can't say enough of how it all came together. They even provided us with a full 3D view of what our final project would look like before they even started digging. It was so awesome to be able to visualize what it would look like and allowed us to make some tweaks to the design based on that visualization. The concrete around the pool, the pool steps layout, the sitting wall and steps were all done in a unique way. One of our favorite things they also did for us was to put a custom rock next to our patio that they built where they let us carve our kids hand prints into it (and even our dog!) with our year it was built and the name our of 'oasis'. I highly recommend this company to help build your next dreamscape as their work is top notch as well as their partnership they build with you. It's like they are part of your family! I even recommended them to some neighbors... one who is planning to build this year and two others who will definitely use them when the timing is right for them. They also don't pressure you into doing anything that doesn't feel comfortable for you nor will they hound you for a 'sale'. There are no words to describe how thrilled we are with the work done by Kevin, Ken and everyone from the Pool & Spa Place, but I'll try. From the first consultation we did with Kevin, through the entire design phase, through the projects completion and even post project follow up... the experience was phenomenal. Kevin started by showing us renderings on his computer with design concepts that looked amazing, as we wanted not just a pool, but a backyard resort experience. We were told by other pool companies that our backyard (not square and lots of hills) would be an obstacle, but Kevin came up with great solutions that involved completely grading the yard and maximizing our space. Kevin and Ken started the project on time, and at one point even built a tent over our concrete to not let the rain slow down the project. They took so much pride in their work, and the attention to detail was over and above. When the pool was completed, it far exceeded our lofty expectations. When people come to visit Majestic Falls (which is what we named our backyard, because they also built us a cool waterfall feature and a spillover spa), their jaws hit the ground and are very impressed. Kevin also worked within our budget in the best way. They were never pushy, and they truly wanted us to get the best bang for our buck and delivered that in a big way. Just first class all the way!!! The Pool and Spa Place provided excellent service installing our pool. They had creative design ideas on maximizing our space with a hilly landscape and helped us choose the best steps, fencing, retaining wall, and more to achieve a high end design look within our budget. They also worked within the difficult local regulations and helped us get the required permitting needed. After the install, they were great with educating us on keeping the right balance in our salt water pool and continue to offer great service and advice. I would definitely recommend them!

The entire experience has been top notch from the first meeting with Kevin at the Pool and Spa Place to the last day of installing our pool. I would recommend this company for your pool install and service needs. I particularly like the fact that it is a small family owned business and each member has a part in the process. My family felt as if we were a welcomed member of their family especially at the store and during the install with Kevin and Ken. We were only looking for an inground pool however, with Kevin's design experience we now have a dream come true in our backyard complete with a raised patio and waterfall. Kevin, Ken and the entire family pay attention to every detail down to shining the ladder rails after they were built and installed. If you are looking for a pool company who will listen to you and work with you then the Pool and Spa Plave is the company for you. They take a lot of pride in their work and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with their pool.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Kevin and Ken were very patient as we made decisions, then changed our minds. The final product is one we are greatly proud of! The craftsmanship is top notch, and the experience was wonderful. I would recommend The Pool and Spa Place for any pool project!
