I believe that every home should be presented in the most compelling manner possible and working with Phil, I know he will get the job done. He works with great patience and creativity... for example one home had a stunning 12 ft high coffered ceiling and Phil did a very unique Panoramic shot from ceiling to floor that took in all that great detail that normally would be hard to capture in a regular shot.
