o is one of the most creative builders and visionaries I’ve witness in this industry. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect home. He seems like at times he even cares more about you being happy about your home than yourself. Top notch builder!

Bo built a home and was the real estate agent on the transaction a few years ago. I recently reached out to have an item covered by the New Home Warranty Act and window warranty fixed. I made several attempts via email and the phone, but Bo/Pentek will not respond. Text messages originally delivered with the blue bubble, but the subsequent attempts are now green. The items needed to be fixed immediately, so I paid out of pocket and will seek reimbursement from Bo/Pentek. I am still waiting for a response from this company. I was not asking Bo Pennington to repair anything other than the window issues, which is covered by the new home warranty act and window warranty. If he was not going to fix the issue I would have appreciated a response, which is not too much to ask as my realtor/builder. Bo will say he will give a good price to fix the poor craftsmanship. How if he wont respond to numerous attempts? That is a major issue when you are a dual agent. Case law classifies windows as structural, which means they are covered by the new home warranty act. I’m only expecting my dual realtor/agent to follow article one for a realtor, which did not occur. Bo Pennington was hired to look out for my best interest and failed miserably. Article 1 states: “When representing a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or other client as an agent, REALTORS pledge themselves to protect and promote the interest of their client.”

Professionally, in every single project where we have worked with Bo, the client has been happy at the end of the project. That speaks volumes about the level of service he provides. Bo really takes pride in every project he takes and it shows in the finished project. Bo has been easy to work with and has a great eye for design. Bo built Alec Adamick’s house and that is the highest recommendation we can give!

Bo and the folks at Pentek Homes were outstanding throughout the entire home building process. Bo's timeliness, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the entire project were top-notch. The personalized level of attention to my project was truly unsurpassed. Can't say enough good things about Pentek Homes and the quality of the final product.
