I could not be more delighted with the service I received from Trench Remodeling and Design. I contracted with them to complete multiple projects in a home we just purchased prior to move-in, including: refinish hardwood floors, paint kitchen and bath cabinets, paint interior (all rooms, closets, ceilings, doors and trim), install luxury vinyl plank flooring, install recessed lighting, update stairway with wood treads and new railings and several other small items. The total overall cost for all projects was just under $60k and the team (led by Nabeel - my primary POC, key salesperson and person overseeing the entire job) completed everything in just a few short weeks! They did an AMAZING job! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for great work accomplished quickly at highly reasonable rates. I'm so delighted in fact that I've already contracted them to do more work for me on another property. Thanks again to Nabeel, Paul and the entire team at Trench for making this renovation experience a delight!!

As a home stager it was my pleasure to work with Duane Flowers and Paul Trench on a project with one of my realtor partners. The customer service and professionalism was key in this project. We took a NW DC condo in an Art Deco building from its original look and transformed it into a contemporary look but kept the integrity of the original space. There were several design changes as well as permit and board approval issues that were handled beautifully by Duane and the Trench Team. The end result was so dramatic that it was almost hard to believe. Great teamwork between contractor, realtor, seller and stager.

I must say that I am totally and comprehensively disappointed with this contracting company. I had contacted the company several weeks before the actual work began and while everything started great it quickly took a downward spiral once the actual work began. For starters, I removed previously discussed work from the job which made my bill "PAID IN FULL" which was mistake number one. Secondly, the sub-contractor was SIX (6) HOURS late the first day and SIX and a half (6.5) hours late the second day. The sub continuously tried to change my mind about the type of switch that would be installed (mind you, I'm already paid in full) which I reluctantly agreed to. The sub didn't use any type of leveling tool, which caused my pendant lights to be 1/2" or so off - which I had to pay another contractor to fix. My contract wasn't fulfilled completely due to the electrician did not install light switches as agreed. A third visit was scheduled several times to complete the electrical work, door work, and drywall work with the workers NOT showing as agreed. Holes were left in my walls over the holiday period and while guests attended a holiday party which was very embarrassing, to say the least. This company forfeited several rescheduling times often calling me hours after after not showing at the agreed time. They were eventually fired and I had to pay another contractor to complete and fix their work. I would NEVER deal with this company again and will ensure every person I know not to deal with them. VERY unprofessional.
