Joe was recommended by another client of his and we were very pleased. He came out at no charge to discuss our remodel plans and then did a fabulous job for our remodel. He gave us some ideas on the bathroom design, hardwood floors when we needed some advice. His workers were very considerate and respectful.We have since used him for two small jobs and a second bath remodel, which also turned out great. His tile guys are really good. Only complaints: He is not cheap. And we were not happy with the sub-contractors he used for plumbing (since changed) or the AV guy (very nice but didn't have the forsight to install HDMI outlets when the wall was open.) Now have wires hanging visible.

I highly recommend Pacific Coast Builders. The owner Joe Romeo and his crew were very professsional and thier attention to detail was outstanding. Pacific Coast Builders did a complete remodel of our home. Everything went smooth and turned out exactly how we wanted (even better). The quality of work and materials used were exceptional.

Joe at Pacific Coast did a complete gut remodel of the home I purchased last year and in which I am now living. I had just stopped in to view an open house on my way home, but every feature and every finish resonated with my taste, so next thing I knew, I was in contract to buy the home. Nearly every system and finish had been replaced and there had been an addition of considerable space and major changes of the floor plan. I didn't even realize it was a remodel at first. Not only where things planned out well and done right, but any time a minor issue has come up, Joe is right there to remedy it as he promised he would be. Workmanship and attention to detail is what it's about for me in a home. When combined with prompt service as needed, that makes the deal work. I'd have no hesitation to call Joe for future building or remodel needs. David Gordon

During the past 15 years we've worked with Pacific Coast Builders for several remodeling efforts on our home. Joe Romeo is excellent to work with. His attention to detail is fantastic and we have found him to be highly trustworthy. We place a high focus on quality finishes and Joe has really worked hard to make sure that what is delivered is up to our expectations. So much so, that we no longer think of hiring anyone else for large projects. We recently completed our fourth project with Pacific Coast Builders and the results were outstanding.
