They will come up with a solution for a family bathroom or ensuite of any size or shape and have all the latest 3D tech to design and create your perfect bathroom. I am an interior designer and I have worked with Ocean Bathrooms for over 8 years on various projects both commercial and residential. They are able to supply a fabulous range of products and offer great value. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

I hired Ocean to supply and fit some tiles in my bathroom. Stewart from the London branch sent me one option, which I told him I was only keen on if the fitters could do a herringbone pattern. Stewart confirmed by email that he had sent the fitters a sample and that they were confident they could do the herringbone pattern so I agreed on the tile. The actual day of the work started off quite badly when Stewart didn’t confirm the day before that he’d scheduled the work in. When I arrived at my office that morning, I had several calls and texts from Stewart saying that he had forgotten to tell me that he'd scheduled everything and that the fitters were at my flat, with the tiles on the way. I raced back home and when I got there, the fitters jumped straight into why they thought that herringbone was a bad idea, why it would like horrible, why they couldn't in good conscience not advise me to go in a different direction. I felt absolutely blindsided. I later asked Stewart for the MD of Ocean to get in touch with me directly, as I was very unhappy with how things had gone down. Although Stewart told me he would, he never did. The fitters also installed a heated towel rail at a crooked angle. I ended up having to contact my credit card company who, after seeing photos of the area and quotes from other fitters I had asked in to fix the issue, agreed to do a charge back for that portion of what I had paid Ocean.

Ocean offer a 5 star service and we can thoroughly recommend them. Joe came up with an imaginative design for our en-suite, making good use of all the available space. He is very knowledgeable on all the products and gave us very helpful advice. The fitter, Steve was meticulous and we are delighted with the result. We are now looking forward to using Ocean and Steve for our next project. Use this company - you will not be disappointed.

The team at Ocean are first rate, providing excellent advice, guidance, and support at every stage of our project and ultimately delivered a 5* shower room from an insipid 1950's bathroom. We set out the plans in person with Joe, selecting a great mix of materials and finishes that exactly matched what we were both looking for before heading off for a 2 week holiday (before lockdown). Returning, the fitters had done everything perfectly and had left the place looking great - not something directly related to Ocean, but certainly reflective of the calibre of suppliers that Ocean elect to partner with. We came back to a transformed space which is modern, well-designed, and luxurious. *Note - we wanted to paint & decorate the space, hence the walls in some areas are plaster.

What a fantastic company to work for. Having quality design drawings to work from and quality products to work with that are delivered when you need them makes it all that much easier to deliver a quality project for our clients.
