Nicole and Lacy did a fabulous job on our kitchen. This task was no small feat. We started with major appliances with a 1950s retro look and a couple of major architectural features (removing a wall; adding a window seat). Nicole came up with another structural idea that greatly enhanced what we had in mind (a half wall). Then they found a way to blend all these disparate things together beautifully. Somehow they gently talked us out of several other ideas that were hoped for, but proved to be incompatible with our basic decisions. Nicole and Lacy are a great team. Collaborative, but with individual strengths. We loved Nicole’s attention to the details of the design of the cabinets as well as the layout. And the cabinet shop she recommended was equally impressive. Lacy was imaginative and resourceful in selecting fabrics with patterns, colors and textures that finished things off very nicely.

As a General Contractor, good collaboration with design professionals is vital not only for my success but also for the success of a project. Good design affects more than finish and function, it also greatly affects schedules, lead times and budget. There are many talented designers out there, but Enzy sets themselves apart by bringing to the table not only fantastic artistic vision, but also excellent communication and project management. I have hired Nicole and Lacy at enzy design twice: once for a kitchen/living room remodel, and then four years later for a basement remodel. I loved working with them! We contracted with Enzy for the interior design work. Throughout the process, Nicole and Lacy were highly professional and very accommodating to our requests and changes.
