Hiring Louise was the best move for my renovation. Because of my budget, I hired for design only (as opposed to the full service) but honestly Louise went out of her way to ensure that I was assisted throughout the whole renovation, helping me with choosing trades, hardware and soft furnishings. Everyone with the firm was warm, flexible and respectful with my ideas, even when they were bad ones! I chose an architect because I wanted one voice and a continuous design throughout the house (which is sometimes difficult on a tight budget and with multiple trades) and, I wanted my place to look like it had been designed by an architect. Also having a small place, I wanted to take the available living space to it's max. Louise is residential smart and completely understands how to small spaces functional. She made my apartment make sense, gave it the soul it was badly lacking, kept and enhanced the best of it and we got rid of the uglies. I'm extremely happy with the result and if I get the opportunity to do more renovations or another build, would work with her again in a heartbeat.
